Let me share a few things about me:\u00a0I am born and raised in wonderful Copenhagen, Denmark, and I\u2019m excited that you stopped by my blog and virtual world.\u00a0<\/span>By day, I\u2019m a sports physiotherapist with a postgraduate diploma from IOC in sports injuries and a certified sports physiotherapist recognised by the The Danish Society for Physiotherapy. I’ve specialized myself return to sport before and after surgical conditions for both upper and lower extremities. My goal is to help athletes return to the sports they love\u2014stronger and more confident than ever. This involves a holistic approach, incorporating biopsychosocial factors to create clear goals and personalized plans.<\/span><\/p>

I have worked in several countries, including at Aspetar Hospital, a world-leading sports medicine center in, Doha, Qatar. Before moving to Qatar, I ran my own clinics in Copenhagen (S\u00f8ernes Fysioterapi & Ny Ellebjerg Fysioterapi), where I treated a wide range of injuries, working with both everyday athletes and competitive teams. In the CV section, you\u2019ll also find some of the research projects I\u2019ve been involved in.<\/p>

Currently, I\u2019m pursuing my master\u2019s degree at the University of Southern Denmark while consulting with clients across Denmark and online around the world.<\/p>
