Deltager havde mindst 3 \u00e5rs tr\u00e6ningserfaring.<br \/>\nDeltagerne udf\u00f8rste de tre variationer af pull-ups teknikker (Fig. A, B og C).<\/p>\n<p>Der var signifikant forskelle p\u00e5 bev\u00e6gelses m\u00f8nstret af de tre tekniker variationer\u00a0humerothoracic, scapulothoracic and glenohumeral kinematics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den st\u00f8rste forskel finder vi i forskellen i scapula\u2019s pro\/retraction hvor front pulls up (a) havde 22\u25e6, bredt greb (b) gav 10\u25e6 og reverse pull-up (c) gav 17\u25e6.<\/li>\n<li>Der var signifikant forskellig m\u00f8nster i GH- intern\/external rotation i de tre pull-up teknikker.
