{"id":2215,"date":"2017-03-26T12:14:01","date_gmt":"2017-03-26T12:14:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/andreasphysioblog.com\/?p=2215"},"modified":"2021-06-10T03:18:56","modified_gmt":"2021-06-10T03:18:56","slug":"traening-under-graviditet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/andreasphysioblog.com\/?p=2215","title":{"rendered":"Tr\u00e6ning under graviditet"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong><u>Tr\u00e6ning under graviditet<\/u><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>I dette indl\u00e6g vil vi dele en oplevelse omkring tr\u00e6ning til gravide, med udgangspunkt i en oplevelse vi havde p\u00e5 klinikken.<\/p>\n<p>Da vi er inde p\u00e5 et omr\u00e5de, hvor vi som m\u00e6nd ikke kan andet at st\u00f8tte os op af vores erfaringer og generelle tr\u00e6ningsprincipper, fik kommende fysioterapeut Julie Veronika Mader Lade lov til at kigge os over skulderen, og se p\u00e5 et par artikler omkring tr\u00e6ning til gravide.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5rsagen til at vi tager dette emne op er, at vi forrige \u00e5r modtog denne mail.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dJeg har simpelthen s\u00e5 ondt i kn\u00e6et og vil h\u00f8re om I kan hj\u00e6lpe .\u2026. Jeg har f\u00e5et scannet\u00a0mit kn\u00e6, og har en slimfold, der sidder i klemme. Jeg er blevet foresl\u00e5et binyrebarkhormon og operation, men det er jeg ikke interesseret i, n\u00e5r jeg er gravid. Det kunne v\u00e6re godt, hvis det kan lindes p\u00e5 andre m\u00e5der. Det jeg oplever er, at det l\u00e5ser, n\u00e5r benet er b\u00f8jet, og at det er sv\u00e6rt at str\u00e6kke benet igen\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Normalt vil vi hurtig efter at have normaliseret b\u00f8jebev\u00e6gelsen, g\u00e5 videre til tung styrketr\u00e6ning. Men da vi denne gang ogs\u00e5 skulle forholde os til graviditet, m\u00e5tte vi stille os selv nogen sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l: Kan man overhovedet l\u00f8fte noget der er tungt? Hvor meget m\u00e5 man l\u00f8fte? Hvor ofte? Men hvilken intensitet? M\u00e5 personens blive forpustet?<\/p>\n<p>Derudover stillede jeg mig kritisk overfor diagnosen afklemning af slimfolds\u00e6k. M\u00e5ske kunne smerten i kn\u00e6et skyldes den naturlige v\u00e6gt\u00f8gning, som sker under en graviditet. Her \u00e6ndres arbejdsm\u00e6ngde og belastning af kn\u00e6leddet.<\/p>\n<p>Der ses en tendens, at de lande hvor der er h\u00f8j grad af privat forsikringer ogs\u00e5 er en h\u00f8jere procentvis plica operationer. Det inkluderede squat og d\u00f8dl\u00f8ft i forskellige udgangsstillinger med og uden v\u00e6gte, kravle og bev\u00e6gelses\u00f8velser kombineret med almindelig kredsl\u00f8bstr\u00e6ning i periode over 11 tr\u00e6ningssessioner p\u00e5 3 mdr. Efterf\u00f8lgende fik dette besked.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201c.. det er 15 dagen siden vi blev for\u00e6ldre. En stor velskabt dreng. Det har v\u00e6ret fedt at tr\u00e6ne mens jeg var gravid. Jeg har ikke haft problemer med mit d\u00e5rlige kn\u00e6, og jeg er sikker p\u00e5 tr\u00e6ningen har medvirket til, at jeg ikke haft ondt i ryg eller b\u00e6kken som mange andre gravide. Under f\u00f8dslen har jeg ogs\u00e5 den fordel, at jeg havde kr\u00e6fter til at st\u00e5, g\u00e5 og squatte i stedet for p\u00e5 at ligge p\u00e5 ryggen\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Men gjorde vi det rigtige?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>I 2016 satte den Internationale Olympiske Komite sig for at lave et consensus statement.<\/p>\n<p>En gruppe f\u00f8rende forskere gennemgik litteraturen frem til 2015 gennem en systematiseret s\u00f8gning (med s\u00f8gekriterier som \u2018pregnancy*\u2019OR \u2018physical activity*\u2019 AND relaterede symptomer (s\u00e5som \u2018gestational diabetes\u2019)).<\/p>\n<p>Generelt stopper gravide kvinder med at v\u00e6re fysisk aktive, hvilken vil f\u00f8re til risiko for un\u00f8dvendig v\u00e6gtfor\u00f8gelse, ligesom alle andre der f\u00e5r en inaktiv livsstil.<\/p>\n<p>Her vil kontinuerlig konditionstr\u00e6ning med let til moderat intensitet v\u00e6re anbefalet for at neds\u00e6tte risikoen for ekstra v\u00e6gt\u00f8gning, forh\u00f8jet blodtryk, gestationel diabetes og hos den nyf\u00f8dte mindskes risikoen for overv\u00e6gt. Is\u00e6r fremmer studiet at styrketr\u00e6ning b\u00f8r is\u00e6r fokusere p\u00e5 mave, ryg og b\u00e6kkenbund.<\/p>\n<p>Flere studier, blandt andre M\u00f8rkved og B\u00f8, skriver at specifik b\u00e6kkenbundstr\u00e6ning pr\u00e6ventivt og behandlingsm\u00e6ssigt afhj\u00e6lper graviditetsrelateret urininkontinens. Dog er \u00f8velserne ikke effektive nok, hvis de udelukkende implementeres i generel fitness holdtr\u00e6ning. Mere superviseret tr\u00e6ning med fokus p\u00e5 graviditet og b\u00e6kkenbund er vejen frem.<\/p>\n<p>Det anbefales yderligere i IOC guidelines, at let til moderat styrketr\u00e6ning med frie v\u00e6gte eller maskine ikke har nogen negativ effekt p\u00e5 sundhed under graviditet. Studier har vist, at der er set store styrkegevinster hos gravide, som lavede styrketr\u00e6ning 2 gange om ugen i 12 uger (36% for leg press, 39% for leg curl, 39% for lat pull down, 41% for lumbar extension and 56% for leg extension).<\/p>\n<p>Dog skal man v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at tung styrketr\u00e6ning kan \u00f8ge det intraabdominale tryk, der stiller st\u00f8rre krav til b\u00e6kkenbunden.
