Two years, a lot of STATA, statistics, projects, and one degree later…
MSc in Physiotherapy – University of Southern Denmark (SDU) 🎓
Today, I defended my master’s thesis in Physiotherapy at SDU.
Over the past two years, this programme has taken a lot of my time—and quite a bit of sleep. A special thank you to my wife, Mariana Guadama, for keeping things running at home while I spent many early mornings on the train between Copenhagen and Odense.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Behnam L. Shirvan for his supervision throughout this thesis.
A special thank you to Merete Brink Speedtsberg and Jesper Bencke for their guidance and support throughout the testing process, and for welcoming me into the Human Movement Analysis Laboratory at Hvidovre Hospital together with the rest of SORC-C.
Thank you to my classmates for the support, discussions, and good times throughout the programme.
I’m proud of what I’ve achieved and look forward to the next chapter—continuing to bridge research and clinical practice in physiotherapy. 🎓📚💪
