When I do online ACL rehab, I often ask patients to record themselves running. Especially if they’re unsure about an exercise or experience discomfort like pain.
🎥 In a side view running video, I typically analyze:
🔹 Knee extension at initial contact (heel strike)
🔹 Knee flexion during mid-swing
These details help guide decisions about readiness for running or adjustments needed in rehab.
