VBT: my two minutes of fame

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the Hamstring Workshop with Dermot Simpson and Dustin Maree at Donegal Physiotherapy and Performance Centre, Ireland.

The session was packed with engaging, practical insights on returning players from hamstring injuries, drawing on their vast experience and the Aspetar approach.

I even got my two minutes of fame demonstrating the Vitruve device to measure velocity to determine target training intensity zones.
